Find out where all the ammo is at.  Are we ever going to be able to target practice again?

also is the 2020 going to be there?

The Remington 2020 (http://blog.gunlink.info/2013/10/25/are-smart-optics-catching-on/)?  Remington will be at the range day exhibition and at the SHOT Show itself; we would be surprised if they didn't at least have one for display, if not one for live-fire demonstrations.

Tracking Point (http://blog.gunlink.info/2013/01/20/tracking-point-xact-system-offers-amazing-update-to-long-range-shooting/), the brains behind the 2020, will be at the range day and on the show floor also.  They had live fire demonstrations of that system at the range as well as a simulation in their booth last year.

We'll be sure to check it out and do a post on it.  Thanks for the suggestion!

Who's interested in the various steel-reinforced polymer AR lowers?  We're going to try to get a good look at those.

Media Day at the Range is a wrap.

new hand guns from GLOCK and remington
Got to shoot the GLOCK 41 and 42.  The .45ACP GLOCK 41 was a great shooter.  The .380 GLOCK 42 shot OK and got swallowed up by my big mitts.  Not completely impressed, but an improvement may be in the works for it.

also is the 2020 going to be there?
Also got to shoot the Tracking Point and its new little brother, the Remington 20/20, scoring multiple hits at 950 and 350 yards, respectively.

Who's interested in the various steel-reinforced polymer AR lowers?
Got a good look at (and trigger time) on the OMNI Hybrid multi-cal steel-reinforced polymer lower from ATI.

We also visited Steyr and IMI to try out the AUG and Tavor bullpups, our neighbors from Doublestar to try out their sweet 1911s and SBR and a few others.  We'll be getting in a little more trigger time this week, but spending most of our time on the show floor and at various events.

Keep your eyes on the GunLink Blog (http://blog.GunLink.info) and here on the forums for more detailed coverage.

I would be interested in any of the political information. Some of the bills are easy to read and others aren't. There's a number of introduced bills that appear to have stalled in committee but there isn't any available information. Speaking of which, I need to go update the PopVox thread this week.

Have fun in Vegas,
