Since the case is still ongoing, BATFE cannot comment on the case. However, BATFE still raided a house in Delaware and seized about 46 weapons, valued at ~$11,000 and most were antiques. No federal charges have been filed, but there is a civil asset forfeiture program that allows agents the to seize assets who have not been convicted or charged with a crime.

The spokesman for BATFE said the seizure was an "administrative" issue.

To me, this sounds like a play book for organized crime when you know they're doing something, but you lack any real evidence. So they think these guys were smuggling antique firearms? I'm just at a lost for what sort of administrative issue could cause this.
