Title: Remington's new Model 700 Muzzle Loader
Post by: GunLink_SHOT_15 on January 27, 2015, 08:34:56 PM
We got a chance to handle Remington's new 300-yard Ultimate Muzzle Loader at SHOT Show.  Based on the Model 700 action, the UML handles 200 grain magnum charges and touches them off with a 9 1/2 magnum rifle primer housed in a brass case.  On paper, at least, it delivers remarkable power - plenty to put a deer on the ground with longer ethical shots.

This one is sure to further blur the lines between a centerfire rifle and "primitive" muzzle loaders.

Check it out on the GunLink Blog: Remington Unleashes 300 Yard Muzzle Loader at SHOT Show (http://blog.gunlink.info/2015/01/27/remington-unleashes-300-yard-muzzle-loader-at-shot-show/)
