Does anyone hunt feral hogs or javelina?  I hunt them with some friends occasionally usually with a rifle but sometimes with bows also.  Javelinas are open all year in southern Texas but season doesnt open up in northern counties unitl the first of October.

I do. Regretfully, for all practical intents and purposes in SE Florida one can only hunt them on private lands. While State rules allow hunt them all year round with no restrictions, local WMAs impose their own rules practically voiding anything what is given by the State. That's how they take away all our rights - you can Constitutionally, but you can't in practice.

I would like to widen this issue more clearly. Once there is a new reference source
