Here are some of the firearm bills being proposed this year:

SB69 makes it a crime to have a concealed firearm in a car when contacted by LEO and fail to tell the officer.

HB75 allows for gun violence protection orders from immediate family members and LEO and requires that the person surrender all firearms and ammunition to local law enforcement or sell all items to a dealer
