Stuff starts happening around 1:40

Via LiveLeak:
Quote
All this from one non emergency call. this happened on commercial street in neenah, wi. it is sad that between the neenah police chief and the LT they cant keep a story straight. lt told me there was several 911 calls. chief told me on the phone there was 1 non emergency call. then he beefed up his story for the new that there was several 911 calls."

The officer threatened twice to shoot two different citizens in the head if they moved their hands.
They were legally carrying and this stop was extremely bad example of how a police officer should carry out his duty.

If you want to contact the Neenah police department about this stop you can contact them here...

Eh, everyone looks stupid in the video.  Walking around with a rifle on your shoulder on a normal day looks stupid, even if it is legal.  Cops usually have to show up to respond to calls.  They don't have to stick around after they determine that nobody has broken the law.  They certainly don't have to lecture people with their opinions or poor grasp of laws.  That looks stupid too.

Cop keeps telling him he's not under arrest.  Arrest = "depriving a person of their personal liberty of movement."  He might not have cuffed & stuffed the guys but I would think that holding them at gunpoint and preventing them from leaving even though there was no indication of a crime was arrest.
