Consider yourself as having inquired.  There are boards (largely unpopulated, though they may be, as yet) available only to those with high post counts, team memberships, really high post counts, industry member status, etc.

That depends...Is this the only board you see under "Restricted Boards?"  The number of boards you see there is directly proportional to your specialness  ;)
