RECOIL is told the ablatives would be in capsule form (think small Tide pods) and are easily replaced by the user.

Two to four rounds? Meh. Like they say they might have a market for LEO and MIL but not probably for commercial sales. Especially once ATF decides the tide pods are suppressor parts and the whole thing is useless after you run half a magazine though it.  Maxim, please.
