Nope. No need to shed any tears over Hostess going away, at least from a prepping stand point and stocking up on them is unnecessary unless you want to chow down on food that has long since gone bad. Even though lots of people think that twinkies have a very long shelf life measured in years or decades or longer their real shelf life is less than one month according to snopes:

The lack of milk which most people would expect to be in cakes like those, probably also explains the rumors about how twinkies aren't "real food" although arguments otherwise are probably still debatable
