Louisville gun stores losing licenses
« on: November 19, 2018, 05:03:39 PM »
111 is gone and Biff's just lost their FFL. I think Lotus lost their license for the KY store too before they reopened as Gunsports. Those were three well known stores in the area. What's going on? Is it just the soft gun market, or what?

I don't know about 11 and Biff's, but Lotus was a branch out Florida (I think).  The owner of Lotus shut the store down and his local manager reopened it as Gunworks.  So not really losing the license, just not sufficient revenue to pay the manager a living wage and produce a return for the owner.

I know a couple more shops recently closed up just due to the owners retiring.
