The controversial Senate bill 1657 (http://blog.gunlink.info/2017/05/02/springfield-armory-rock-river-arms-still-aiming-for-damage-control-after-gun-control-bill-exposure/) has passed the house committee by a vote of 7-6. The bill adds extra licensing, and fees to gun dealers in the state in an idiotic attempt to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals.
