Title: Pascagoula Shooting Club
Post by: Gulf Coast Shooting on September 21, 2010, 12:09:21 PM
The Pascagoula Shooting Club is located just inside the Mississippi state line from Alabama, south of I-10, down on the Gulf Coast.
Facilities are minimal (unstaffed admin building, storage units), but there are working restrooms (including a shower in the men's, don't know why).

Range firing positions are covered.

Berms located at 50 yards, 200 yards, 600 yards, 1000 yards.  50 and 200 yard berms are for general use.  600 yard berm has target risers and is used primarily for competition and Club-organized practices, although a qualification process is in place to allow anyone to use the 600 yard range.  1000 yard berm has target risers and is strictly for competitions and Club-organized practices.

Membership is currently $100/year (April 1 to March 31) and is prorated for new members.  Memberships are taken in person at the Range (only) on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month from 10am to 2pm.  Members receive a membership card and a key to the gate that allows them access pretty much any time.  Shooting hours are from 8am to dusk.  Range closings are kept to a minimum and are posted in advance on the Club website (www.pascagoulashootingclub.com (http://www.pascagoulashootingclub.com))

Overall nice place to shoot.  Never too crowded.
