NRA's Annual Meetings & Exhibits 2014:
A Celebration of American Values
Indianapolis, Indiana Hosts Several Acres of Guns, Gear & Outfitters

The National Rifle Association (NRA) Annual Meetings and Exhibits will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana from April 25-27, 2014.

For more information, including event tickets, please visit www.nraam.org.

Members of the news media who wish to cover this year’s event will need press credentials. For press credentials, please email your name, media affiliation, phone number, and email address to media@nrahq.org. Credentials will be available for pick-up in the press office starting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 24. Television crews and still photographers should bring necessary equipment and lenses (sports lenses) to cover events from platforms at distances from 150-200 feet from the stage. (Please note: requests from U.S. media outlets will be given priority over foreign media requests. Consequently, foreign media should be prepared in the event they do not have access to the show floor.)

Approximately 70,000 attendees are expected at this year’s Annual Meetings and Exhibits. Leading firearm manufacturers will display the firearm industry’s latest products. Guides and outfitters, various hunting and shooting accessories, and an extensive private collection displayed by NRA-affiliated gun collector clubs will fill acres of convention space.

The National NRA Foundation Banquet will take place on Thursday, April 24, at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. This event is closed to the press.

The NRA-ILA Leadership Forum will take place on Friday, April 25. This year’s speakers include Senator Daniel Coats of Indiana, Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, conservative talk radio host Mark Levin, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, Governor Mike Pence of Indiana, Senator Marco Rubio of Florida, former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum, and Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri.

NRACountry, a partnership between NRA and country music's brightest stars, is pleased to present NRACountry Jam IV at the Crane Bay Event Center on Friday, April 25, featuring Joe Nichols and Jerrod Niemann. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. This is a ticketed event.

NRA’s Stand and Fight Rally will take place Saturday, April 26, at 7:00 p.m. Guests will be treated to performances by legendary country super group Alabama and multi-time Female Vocalist of the Year award winner Sara Evans.

NRA’s Annual Meetings and Exhibits provide a safe and fun atmosphere the whole family can enjoy. The air gun range is a top attraction – both for participants and observers. NRA offers diverse seminars throughout the three-day convention, including methods of concealed carry; hunting; Firearms Law; the Grassroots Workshop; and Refuse to Be a Victim®.

A small sample of some of the pics we got during the show.  Others are getting run through post, we're sitting on others for reviews... stay tuned  :D

I want this car so bad.

Here's a motley looking fellow at the Cold Steel booth. Fencing mask, MX chest protector, hockey gloves.

ATI pistols

Hedy Jane's Heizers

Lest we forget where we are...

When the crowd was like this, it wasn't so bad

Even when it got a little bit crowded, it wasn't bad

But then... Gridlock!

Mmmm... DPMS GII

Can't go to a show and not play with the Kriss Vector

Or the Sphinx pistols, since we are already there

Heading into the annual meeting of members

Wayne LaPierre honoring the youngest NRA Life Member in attendance - right around a month old!

And the oldest NRA Life member in attendance - who had the sage advice that the best thing a young man can do is find a good woman.

Boy, this guy can talk!

Nobody liked "Bob"

Ok, so who talked to the weed cowboy?

GL,
I saw a show on TV(I think the history channel) of the restoration of that vet. Counts Kustoms
out of Los Vegas did the job. I think the buyers budget was $150K and they finished it for
$130. Not sure, but it was some figures like that, but it was beautiful when it was finished.
