Here's some of the current bills in Arizona this session:
SB 1195 would prohibit a person on probation for a domestic violence offense to purchase or possess a firearm during probation.
HB2150 would require that all firearm purchases be completed through an FFL.
HB2149 would allow for a mental health injunction to be filed by immediate family or a LEO to prohibit firearm possession for someone
HB2427 would make it a crime to store a firearm without a lock and key, a combination lock on the trigger, or in a locked container.
SB1243 prohibits concealed carry on certain education campuses and other public places.
HB2216 addresses electronic firearm tracking technology and when it is legal and how the information can be used.
HB2318 makes some changes to who is eligible for concealed carry permits.
HB2464 outlines what the state can and cannot do in regards to the Second Amendment as it relates to federal law.
HB2117 defines the state militia as all residents of the state who are law abiding, able bodied, 18 - 45 years of age and own a firearm.
