Title: Kentucky State and Local Legislation

This post will be for residents of Kentucky to share state and local legislation. Please indicate if the bill you're talking about is local or state.

Here's some of the current legislation being proposed this session at the state level:

HB101/SB46 - would allow local governments to regulate firearms and ammunitions

HB108 - certain firearms, accessories and ammunition made in kentucky would be exempt from certain federal laws

HB316/SB7 - constitutional carry

SB28 - prohibits unlawful storage of a firearm

SCR119 - mandates the creation of a task force to determine which changes to state law would allow local governments to control firearms and ammunition
